Jesus Is The Reason

Therefore the Lord Himself shall give you a sign: Behold, the young woman who is unmarried and a virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel [God with us]. ~ Isaiah 7:14, AMP

Then the angel said to her, The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you [like a shining cloud]; and so the holy (pure, sinless) Thing (Offspring) which shall be born of you will be called the Son of God. ~ Luke 1:35, AMP

JESUS IS THE REASON FOR THE SEASON . . . .

This blogger hopes that, this year on Christmas Day and during the Christmas Season, every Christian will take the time to reflect on these truths: Christmas Day is not just a holiday celebrated on one day out of an entire year, and the Christmas Season, which is synonymous with Christmastide (that traditionally begins on the evening of December 24 and runs through January 6; also called the Twelve Days of Christmas), is not about an annually-recurring number of days observed in Western culture. For sure, Christmas Day and the Christmas Season really are about celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ on every day of every year.

Furthermore, Christmas Day and the Christmas Season are about daily expressing what God has put in each believer’s born-again heart (spirit; new man nature). In other words, Christmas Day and the Christmas Season are about believers in Christ Jesus demonstrating 24/7 – 365 days of every year God’s spiritual Agápe Love, which He has put inside the supernaturally born from above heart (spirit) He freely and joyfully has given to each one of His adopted sons and daughters.

This blogger prays the following Christmas Day and Christmas Season prayer:

May the Love, Peace, and Joy of Father God be the Gifts you receive this Christmas Day and throughout this Christmas Season,

And may His Gifts of Love, Peace, and Joy richly bless you, as well as become an abundant blessing for others, throughout the coming New Year!

MERRY CHRISTMAS, 2013

HAPPY NEW YEAR, 2014
