Glorification is sanctification’s final stage—perfected souls and spirits in bodies that are completely free of sin. Glorified bodies are given to every saint who has overcome the world by developing a holy, righteous, and Christ-like spiritual lifestyle.
It absolutely is Father God’s desire that all believers in Christ become Holy Spirit-filled children. Once they have received the Better Baptism—once they are Holy Spirit-filled—they then will understand how important it is not only to understand God’s characteristics or His image but also will understand how important it is to reflect them. The poems in My Spirit’s Musings emphasize that importance—the importance of living a life that reflects godly characteristics or the image of God.
I neither paint nor draw, and, while I do take photographs, I took none of the ones in these illustrated haiku poems. For these reasons, I thank every artist and every photographer whose exquisite artworks helped me explain the meanings of my haiku poems. Most of my haiku poems that I included in each illustrated haiku are from Perfect Peace (2015)—my collection of haiku poetry. The other haiku poems were created between March 2015 and November 2016.
Though it is an uncomfortable truth, it is a truth nonetheless. Racism and bigotry are taught, and what the once down-low racists and bigots in America are teaching right now is that the melting pot metaphor that pertains to a heterogeneous society becoming more homogeneous was just a lie. This truth is why America’s racists and bigots will do their best to change America’s landscape—will try to change the face of America—from people of color back to just White America.
Knowledge by itself is not powerful. Knowledge always needs understanding plus wisdom—the latter is that good judgment that moves human beings to apply what they know. This principle is operational in their natural and spiritual worlds.
Treating others the way you want to be treated is the nitty-gritty of the Bible’s Golden Rule, and then some. Indeed, when you do to others what you want them to do to you (show love, mercy, respect, and dignity), the golden rule becomes the exemplification of the Holy Spirit’s divine revelation concerning the Gospel of Christ—concerning the One who not only shows us how to fulfill the teachings found in the Law and the books of the Prophets, but also gives us the power and authority to accomplish them.
The Creator intended for Adam to pass on to his offspring God’s Likeness, Image, and Nature. When Adam failed, because of sin, God sent His only begotten Son to restore in mankind EVERYTHING Adam had lost, which was God’s spiritual DNA (Divine Nature and Authority, which include but are not limited to His Power and His Will). These Divine Truths are why it is only by way of the Holy Spirit that God’s Kingdom on Earth is able to manifest righteousness, peace, and joy, and this manifestation happens only when those individuals who have God’s spiritual DNA are functioning as the holy, righteous, and spiritually wealthy royal kings and queens God has raised them in Christ Jesus to be.
The ultimate goal of every believer is NOT to make it into Heaven. The ultimate goal of God’s salvation plan is to have every single one of His sons and daughters achieve Christlikeness. The only way to achieve this goal is to work out everything God has worked into each believer—to work God’s Perfect Will out of each believer. God’s Perfect Will in the believer is His Holy Spirit, who is every believer’s Source of power, authority, gifts, practical sanctification, and so forth.
