Treating others the way you want to be treated is the nitty-gritty of the Bible’s Golden Rule, and then some. Indeed, when you do to others what you want them to do to you (show love, mercy, respect, and dignity), the golden rule becomes the exemplification of the Holy Spirit’s divine revelation concerning the Gospel of Christ—concerning the One who not only shows us how to fulfill the teachings found in the Law and the books of the Prophets, but also gives us the power and authority to accomplish them.
It is time for believers to stop confessing something that is absolutely unbiblical and detrimentally misleading to their own souls and to the souls of others. The Divine Truth is that, when believers continue to call themselves sinners saved by grace, their evil communication not only contaminates them and others but also grieves the Holy Spirit, which by extension means God our Father also is grieved (cf. Ephesians 4:29-30).
